These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Cigar Association of Canada (“CAC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, applying for membership, or making a donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site.
2. Eligibility
You represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 19 years of age
• You have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You will comply with all applicable laws
3. Permitted Use
You may:
• View and access content for personal, informational use
• Print pages for non-commercial purposes
You may not:
• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Introduce malware
• Copy, reproduce, or distribute content without written permission
• Misrepresent affiliation with CAC
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the property of CAC or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

5. Memberships

• Members must act in a manner consistent with CAC’s mission and values

• Donations are voluntary
• Donations are non-refundable unless required by law
• Donations do not confer ownership, voting rights, or control

CAC makes no warranties regarding:

• Reliability
• Availability
Use of the Site is at your own risk.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the Site.
